About us
TheTangy is operated by Toy Ventures Limited, company number 12067786, registered office 33 Tiger Moth Way, Lower Stondon, Henlow, Bedfordshire, SG16 6GN ("we", "us"). These terms apply to any order placed through thetangy.com.
Products & pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. We're VAT-registered — our VAT number is GB330612642. We try to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate, but errors can happen; if we spot a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing your order.
Placing an order
Adding items to your cart and paying doesn't automatically mean we've accepted your order — the contract between us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time you check out. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver within UK mainland. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.
Your right to cancel
As a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, without needing a reason. See our Returns Policy for the full details and how to do this.
Faulty or misdescribed items
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on how long you've had it. Contact us at toyventuresuk@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Our liability
We're liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us, up to the value of your order. We don't exclude or limit liability for anything that can't legally be excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and can't be used without permission.

If something's gone wrong, email toyventuresuk@gmail.com and we'll do our best to put it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes don't affect orders you've already placed.
