What we collect

• Account details — name, email, if you sign in with Google or email
• Order details — items purchased, delivery address, order history
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details ourselves
• Browsing data — pages viewed, products wishlisted, cart contents
• Cookies — see the Cookies section below

How we use it

We use your data to:

• Process and deliver your orders, and handle returns or refunds
• Send order-related emails — confirmation, shipping, review requests
• Respond to customer service queries
• Meet our legal and tax obligations
• With your consent, understand how the site is used so we can improve it (see Cookies)

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with the services that run this site on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (account and order storage), Cloudinary (product images), Resend (transactional emails), and our delivery courier once your order ships. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where that happens, it's covered by their own standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax record-keeping requirements. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time (see Your rights).

Cookies

We use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. With your permission, we may also use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You're asked for this the first time you visit, and can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
